We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Monthly Subscription

- Billing: Charged monthly on the same date of purchase
Annual Subscription
- Price: $99.90/year (limited time: $199.80 → $99.90)
- Features: Same as monthly, plus save 17%
- Billing: Charged annually
Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as specified in our Refund Policy
Credits System
Purchasing Credits
Credits can be purchased in the following packages:

Credits Usage

- Free credits have a separate expiration period (typically 7 days)

Payment and Billing
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Creem, our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Creem's terms of service.

- All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
- Prices may change at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscriptions
- Applicable taxes may be added to your purchase
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend your account until payment is successfully processed.
Refund Policy

User Content
Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you provide for video generation, including:

- Custom text and messages
- Video prompts and descriptions
AI-Generated Content
- You receive a license to use AI-generated videos for personal and commercial purposes
- Birthday Video AI retains ownership of the underlying AI technology and models
- We may use generated videos (without personal information) for service improvement and marketing
Prohibited Content
You agree NOT to generate content that:
- Violates any law or regulation
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains harmful, abusive, or illegal material
- Is intended to deceive or mislead
- Contains NSFW, adult, sexually explicit, or pornographic content
- Contains violence, gore, or graphic content
- Contains hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
- Contains misinformation or harmful advice
We use automated content moderation to detect and prevent prohibited content. Any attempt to generate prohibited content may result in immediate account termination without refund.
We reserve the right to refuse service and terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property

The service, including all content, software, and technology, is owned by Birthday Video AI and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our service content
- Reverse engineer or decompile the service
